♛ I offer both domestic and international shipping. All orders shipped within the USA will be sent through the U.S. Post Office. International shipments are sent via USPS International and a tracking number will be provided via an email from Etsy Shipping. ♛ I ship on weekdays exclusively. If you need your order in a RUSH, I am sure that I can accommodate you. Simply convo me prior to checkout. ♛ Lost or Damaged Items: Silent Poetry Arts will not be responsible for lost,stolen or misplaced items with confirmed tracking information. No replacements will be sent. For damaged items a claim needs to be opened with the shipping service to replace/refund based on their policy. ♛ I can refund shipping overcharges that exceed $1.00. If you are purchasing multiple items and want to pay the exact shipping up front please message me and I will set up a listing for you with the exact shipping amount. ♛ Custom fees, tariffs, taxes and the like are the responsibility of the BUYER exclusively. ♛ If a package is delayed in transit it is the customers responsibility to contact USPS to create a claim and/or request status on the shipment. ♛ If a package is returned to me undeliverable as addressed you will be refunded the full purchase price only. Shipping cannot be refunded at that point unless USPS is contacted on your end.

Returns & exchanges
♛ Exchanges are accepted IF the BUYER agrees to pay shipping BOTH ways. ♛ Refunds will be considered IF the BUYER can demonstrate that there is some fault with the product. If there is no fault determined for the product we reserve the right to deny a refund. If a refund is granted the item will have to be returned in the same shape it was sent out in and the BUYER will have to pay for shipping to return. ♛
