My preference for shipping is to use Priority Mail. If it is my fault, I will have you send the item back to me for repair or refund - you have to send me the tracking number and shipping cost and I will refund the return shipping as soon as I can verify the tracking number. If the issue/damage is not my fault, send me a message through convos, and we'll discuss what, if anything can be done and the cost. Shipping both ways on repair/replacements that are not my fault, are the responsibility of the buyer.

The United States Postal Service has announced upcoming changes that may shipping with USPS on Etsy, and at USPS retail counters. The USPS will update rates for their First-Class Package Service, and will also make slight modifications to their Priority Mail International services. These changes will go into effect on January 18, 2018. My choice preference for the shipping of my packages is USPS Priority Mail 3 Day. True that while this method may be a bit more costly than First Class Mail, I feel because it's quicker than First Class there's less stress and chance on the item for damages. USPS Priority Mail has a real bonus too. This method includes $200 insurance. That seals the deal for me. The buyer and seller is protected, win, win. The USPS First-Class Package Service rates for packages that weigh 1-3 ounces will also be effected, increasing at USPS retail counters and on Etsy also.

ALL packages will be shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. Effective September 15, 2015 all my packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail 3 Day and it includes insurance for up to $100 so both parties are protected in case of a loss or damage. Packages are mailed within 48 - 72 hours of purchase and shipped Mon. - Fri. only.

Returns are accepted but you must contact me first to receive a return authorization. Buyer has 3 days after accepting delivery of the item to request a return. After 3 days a return may be granted, but a restock fee as much as 25% may apply upon my discrection. Buyer will always pay for shipping the return item except in the case and ONLY ON THE BASIS the item you receive is NOT as described and posted within the 3 days of your receipt. Once your return has been accepted back, you will receive full purchase price credit for the item less the original shipping price unless it was a fault of ours. Items that are returned must be in unused, new condition. You must also provide proof of return by supplying a delivery confirmation number. Refunds will be given only after the item is received.
