All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, not including major holidays. Your items will be started on within 1-3 days of ordering, All items will ship no later than 4 days after order date.
I ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail (if you upgrade when checking out) with delivery confirmation.
Shipping Addresses and Lost in Transit
We ship to the address given by the customer, we can not be held responsible for the customer inputting the wrong address. Please make sure everything is correct before you order.
- If USPS loses your package in transit, we will re-send your item. - Once the package has been marked "Delivered" by USPS we are no longer responsible for the shipment.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with the construction or the sizing of the product, please contact me. My store policy includes repair, replacement or refund if there is a mistake from my end. Please contact me prior to purchase if you are unsure about an item description - I'm happy to answer any questions.
I understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you are dissatisfied, please return the item in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of item receipt. Please alert me by email in advance of return shipment. I'll be glad to exchange the items or refund your purchase price, less any shipping fees paid.
Unfortunately items that are personalized or seasonal are non refundable.
