The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Our Seed Guarantee: We are committed to your seeds growing successfully, and we are here to help you with questions at every step along the way. We want you, our customer, to be 100% satisfied with our seeds. We guarantee our seeds to germinate at reasonable rates for one year from the date of purchase. Seeds are also guaranteed to grow true to type. If anything purchased from us proves to be unsatisfactory, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. We are in no way responsible for crop failures, insects, disease, floods, drought, terrorism, acts of God, or similar circumstances.
Refund Policy: Should you change your mind about your order before it is shipped, a full refund will be given. If a customer decides that they no longer wish to have their order once it is received, the customer may mark "return to sender" on the unopened package or reship individual items back (if multiple items are ordered ). A refund for the purchase cost of item(s) will be given once I have received the item back. No refund will be given for opened items unless it does not meet our seed guarantee die to being perishable. No refunds will be given for shipping costs on any item that has already been shipped. No refund will be given for items marked delivered by tracking information but claimed undelivered by customer unless proof is provided by the third party delivery service for inaccurate delivery confirmation.
