Welcome to Bizzee B Creations! Thank you so much for checking out my personalized picture frames. I hope you love them as much as I love creating them!

This photo frame is made of wood and measures 8 x 8 inches overall and has a 3.7 x 3.7 inch picture opening. Each design is professionally printed and then specially applied to the front surface of the wood. I then stain the sides of each frame with a deep espresso tone to give it a rich warm feel. I then hand paint a protective finish over the entire piece. This will not only seal it, but it will give it a beautiful texture that adds character.

****This frame comes included with a high quality piece of plexiglass to protect your desired photo. It also come included with a wooden peg for standing on a table or a shelf****

I will need the following information included in the "Notes to Bizzee B Creations" box at checkout to create your frame:

1) Wording you would like on the frame (to ensure that everything is clear and I do not miss anything please include ALL wording even if it is included in the sample listing)

2) Background Color (choose a color # from my background color palette chart - scroll through all listing picture to view color charts)
If you would like the same background color as the listing please say "as is".

3.) Heart Color - choose a color from my color chart (below is a link to the color chart)

*You can personalize this frame how you wish, so if you would like something changed just include that information in the "notes to seller" box during checkout.

THE FONT STYLE WILL BE THE SAME AS THE EXAMPLE LISTING UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN THE NOTES TO SELLER BOX AT CHECKOUT.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT EACH COMPUTER MONITOR DOES DISPLAY COLORS DIFFERENTLY SO THE COLOR MAY DIFFER SLIGHTLY FROM WHAT YOU SEE ON YOUR COMPUTER SCREEN.

1. No design proof ~ This selection works best if you don't want to view/approve a proof (digital picture) prior to creation. I will just create your picture frame according to your directions in the notes to seller box at checkout and ship it out to you!

2. View a design proof ~ This selection will allow you to preview/change the design of your frame prior to me creating it. This option does cost $2 more because of the time it takes to create the personalized proof and make any changes that are requested. It will also add around 2-3 business days onto the total production time depending on how quickly you approve your proof.
***If you select this choice please check your Etsy account in 2-3 business days from your purchase date to view your proof. I will not move forward on your frame until I receive your final approval on the design.***

Please leave me all of your details (wording, colors, names, dates, etc.) for your picture frame in the "Notes to Bizzee B Creations" box at checkout. If for some reason you miss this step while checking out just send me a message with all of your details :)

The frame is 8"x8" overall and it holds a 3.7" X 3.7" photo. I have found that trimming down a 4"x6" photo works really well OR I can print, trim and insert your photo for you before I ship out your picture frame. If you would like me to print and insert your photo please purchase a "Photo Print and Place" listing along with your picture frame. You can find this listing in the items section of my shop on the left hand side of the page...just click on the section labeled "Add a Picture" and there you can add the listing to your cart.

Yes it does!!! It is included with a high quality piece of plexiglass to protect your desired photo. It literally looks just like real glass, you cannot tell a difference and the best part is it will not crack or break during the shipping process! ****Please Note**** When you receive your picture frame you will need to remove the white protective film from BOTH sides of the plexiglass sheet to reveal a crystal clear photo window. If you do not remove the white film on BOTH sides of the plexiglass your photo will look "cloudy".

My standard production time is between 7-10 business days to create an order before it ships (not including the day you place the order).
Your order may ship out quicker than that or in some cases it may take a little longer just depending on my volume of orders and how many orders I have ahead of yours. I make each and every picture frame myself and I ship them out in the order that I receive them.

If you have chosen the option to "View a Design Proof" at checkout then it will take at least 2 additional business days depending on how quickly you approve your proof.

If you need your order quicker than my current production time please message me and I will see if I can accommodate your time-frame :)

I do ship USPS 2-3 day priority mail in the US. International orders can take between 6-10 business days to arrive depending on where you are located.

Customers are responsible to provide an address that can accept a package. If there are any issues with delivery (address is incorrect, post office has difficult time locating an address, etc) I am not responsible for that item being lost, stuck at the local post office, or returned to me. If an item is returned and you want it resent, I do not cover postage. It is the customers responsibility to cover the additional postage on any item requiring shipment more than one time.
