Per our customers request we now carry handmade watch bands. Easily customize your wrist watch with our 100% New handmade watch band supplies.
Our handmade, leather watch straps feature a manufacturing process that involves more than 60 separate stages, and is characterized by special processing details such as folded and stitched keepers, reinforced stitching behind the buckle, stainless steel buckles, and soft smooth flexible leather. Leather is a water and perspiration resistant, tanned in a way that is kind to the skin. Black sealed edge and honey color waxed stitching making this a strong bold style band.

How to measure your band.

Watch bands are ordered by the width of the band (in millimeters) where it attaches to the watch.
The easiest way to check your band size is to check the back of the band for a number stamp that indicate the size.

If there is no indication of the size on the back of your old band, then make a measurement between the lugs where the band attaches to the watch. NOTE: If you want to use your old buckle, measure the buckle width of the band the same way (between the points where the band attaches to the buckle).

Determine the length of your band by measuring the length of both pieces together but not including the buckle.

7 1/4" to 7 1/2" is considered a regular length. (all of our bands are regular length except when noted)
6 1/2" to 6 3/4" is considered a short length.
8 1/4" to 8 1/2" is considered a long length.
9 1/4" to 9 1/2" is considered a extra long length.

Some watches do not have engraving options included on the item listing page yet, so for those watches you will need to add the suitable engraving option to the watch order. Initial charms are sold separately and can be added to a watch order. Locate the mainspring. It is between the '10' and the face center on a pocket watch, and between the "1" and the face center on a wrist watch. When loose the coils are relaxed into their outer area. At about 10 twists you will still see space between the coils. At 15 or so twists when you can see slight space between the coils is fully wound. Stop before you feel resistance, to prevent the mainspring from becoming stuck in a tight knot at its center. You can try to loosen a tight coil by giving it several good shakes. Grasp the watch firmly (so as not to drop it) and 'snap' it several times. You can also try tapping the side of the watch on a thick note pad to free the tight coil and start the watch ticking again.

If your package is missing in transit we will file a lost item search with the postal service. It can take 1-2 weeks to find a missing package. International insurance claims are required by the Insurance provider to wait 45 days before filing a claim. Packages lost by the postal service are covered by the Shipsurance Parcel Insurance Services and a claim must be processed to receive a lost item or damaged item refund. Please contact if you do not receive your package in the estimated delivery time and we will let you know the date we can file the Shipsurance claim. You will be required to complete a Buyer's Verification declaring the item is lost or damaged. Once the claim is approved by Shipsurance we will issue a refund.

All Insurance Claims are filed online and handled by Shipsurance Parcel Insurance Services. Please let us know if your package has not arrived or arrives with damage to the items (including item not functioning correctly).
We file the Shipsurance claims for you.

For lost parcels, you must wait 20 days for domestic and 40 days for International locations. Lost claims for shipments sent to Italy require a 60 day wait before filing.

Claims for damaged or missing items can be filed immediately. Claims must be filed no later than 120 days from the shipment date.

Insurance claims for the USPS insurance included with the purchase of Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express postage can also be filed online by customer.
