<<<SHIPPING>>> All pillow cover orders are shipped between 3-10 business days of purchase, depending on our current workload. You will be contacted if the fabric is out of stock and needs to be re-ordered. The production time frame for all curtain orders is between 3-4 weeks. Everything is shipped through USPS either First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. The shipping cost includes postage, packaging material and supplies, delivery confirmation, and labor cost. Your order will be sent to the address that you provide during checkout so please make sure the address is correct! There is a re-ship fee for any packages that have been returned due to an incorrect address.
>>>International customers>>> Please be aware that delivery time is between 2 to 8 weeks depending on the location as well as any delays your country's customs may be experiencing. The buyer is solely responsible for any duties, VAT, tax and handling fees that may be charged at customs. International packages will be marked as merchandise and will NEVER be marked as "gift" as it is illegal to do so.
Accepted forms of payments include PayPal, all major credit cards and Etsy Gift Cards. Residents of Florida will be charged sales tax at checkout.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and exchanges on pillow covers are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Eligible pillow covers must be undamaged, unused, and unwashed to be returned for a refund minus shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: Items that cannot be returned or exchanged: Curtains, fabric-by-the-yard, custom size pillow covers, and oversized pillow covers (22x22, 24x24, 26x26 16x24 etc) All clearance and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
All curtains are custom made for each customer so they are FINAL SALE and not eligible for cancellations, return, or exchange.
