General: I ship to the contiguous 48 states by USPS First Class, Flat Rate or by FedEx Ground services depending on the weight of the order. I ship within 48 hours order was placed, and I ship orders from Monday to Friday to the address provided at checkout.
Tracking and Insurance: I will email you tracking information to the email provided at check out. USPS packages should carry additional insurance over $50 value, and FedEx packages should carry additional insurance over $100 value. If you want to purchase additional insurance, please contact me before you place your order.
Transit time: Transit time varies based on destination, but here is an estimate: US East Coast: 1 to 3 business days US Midwest: 3 to 4 business days US West Coast: 4 to 7 business days If you have not received your package in a timely manner, please contact me, and we can track it down.
International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Returns & exchanges
I want you to be happy with your order, but if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact me within 5 days package is received. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Lost Package
If an item(s) becomes damaged during shipping, contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days package received. Send us pictures of the damaged item(s) in the original package, label, and your order number. We will file a claim with the shipping company, and process your refund accordingly.
A package is deemed to be lost 21 days after the scheduled delivery date. Please contact us immediately when your package is not delivered on the scheduled day. Notify us in a timely manner, so we can resolve this issue as soon as possible. If we don't hear from you within 5 days after the scheduled delivery date, we will not be responsible for the package.
