As we ship worldwide, some of our items are located in our United States location and some are located Overseas. Each product description will show where the item is shipping from. If you're still confused or are hoping to get your product(s) within a certain time-frame, please reach out to us and we can check our stock.

We haven't had this happen yet but if it does, please contact us immediately (within 3 - 5 days of delivery) and we will provide instructions on how to get a replacement or refund.

We try our best to ship out your orders as quickly as possible (3 - 5 business days) but once it is out of our hands and into the shipping company's hands, we have no control of how long the shipping time-frame will take. However, if it is past the shipping time-frame (see Estimated Shipping Times above) please contact us immediately and we will provide instructions on how to get a replacement or refund.

If you are having trouble tracking your package, please go to www.aftership.com, select Couriers, and enter your tracking number in the "tracking number" field. You should be able to track your packages that way (not always). If you continue to have an issue tracking your packages, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help you. NOTE: Some of our Oversea customers will not receive a tracking number.

If your order is shipping from our Overseas Manufacturer we may split your shipment to avoid our customers paying customs tax. Depending on the Ship To country, you may be required to pay customs tax on items over a certain dollar amount. By splitting the shipment, we can avoid that (and have been able to with all of our orders so far).

If your order is being returned to us, it may very well be due to incorrect/incomplete shipping address. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do at that point other than reimburse you (less shipping) for your order upon receiving the item.

We do accept Returns of unopened and unused items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide information on how to proceed with the return. Upon receiving the unused item(s), we will inspect your item and issue a refund (minus shipping). If your item has been used, we will not refund as we cannot/will not resell used item(s).
