This hand knit baby blanket pattern is reversible and can be knit as wide or as long as you want. Use a larger needle for a more light and airy blanket, or a smaller needle for a warmer, denser blanket. You can use any worsted or aran weight yarn! I like using Hobby Lobby’s yarn because it only takes one skein to make the stroller size and it goes in and out of the washer and dryer without a problem. Using natural fibers would be a beautiful alternative as long as the new parents realize it should be handwashed and air dried. This blanket just zips along in no time at all and is easy enough for a beginner but interesting enough for even the most seasoned knitter!
