Material-
These/this 3D, 2D Handmade items are made using fondant, gum paste and lustre dust and are edible. There maybe inedible items such as foil and cocktail sticks used for the structure of certain items. There can be small variations in the design and colour since they are handmade to order.

Custom or Alterations-
Any small alterations’ in the designs could be made according to your need, please contact me to discuss the possibilities of alterations. If you can't find what you are looking for in my shop please contact me to get your desired custom cake topper made.

Time limit-
Please order well in advance to your required date to make sure your item will arrive on time. As the items are made to order I will need 7 to 10 working days for making, couple of days for drying before they are posted.

Delivery-
Please note that we will not be responsible for any postal delays due to public holidays and weekends. All the items are posted via Australia post, sendle courier service standard delivery. To ensure speedy delivery please upgrade to express post at check out. Express service will take 1 to 4 business days depending on your zone. PICNART will not be responsible for any damages occurred during delivery through Austraia post. However we will make sure our packaging will be done with extreme care to avoid such incidents.

Handling-
Our interest is to make sure you have the best quality toppers for your cake, therefore if you find your item damaged during delivery please contact me within 24hours with photo evidence and we could make the best arrangement to fulfil your need.
Certain items may require simple assembly after delivery as a precaution to avoid damages.

Cancellations and returns-
Once the order has been shipped,made cancellations won’t be accepted, no refunds will be issued. Due to food safety regulation in Australia we can not accept returns.

FAQs

Custom and personalised orders are gladly undertaken. Please contact me to discuss. A quotation will be provided after we discuss and agree to a design and a size. Customised items will take longer than the items I have advertised as I'm making them for the first time. Therefore please be clear about your expected delivery dates. I'm happy to provide progress photo's for your satisfaction.

The item will be attached to a board on the bottom, always handle the item with it. Make sure you leave your item on the bottom board until you use it on the cake. Keep your item in a cool dry place, remember to keep it away from your pets. Never refrigerate the item. Also avoid heat, moisture and excessive sun light when storing the item.

We love gift wrapping, please let us know if you need your item gift wrapped. This could be done free of charge. Please let me know when you are purchasing the item. Packaging will be done with extreme care to avoid delivery mishaps. We use quality materials such as bio degradable packing beans, form wrap and bubble wrap to give sufficient cushioning and reduce movement. We use boxes larger than the item to provide enough cushioning and protection. We charge $4.50 for our packaging which is added to our shipping cost.

If you find your item damaged during delivery please take a photo and inform me with photo evidence within 24hours. If the item is repairable please use the repair kit to bring it back to life. If the damage is irreparable and if you have at least a week before the function I will replace the item provided there won’t be any long public holidays or weekends delaying the delivery. The replacement will be free of charge but the customer will have to bare the delivery cost. However please note that due to the nature of this product PICNART will not be responsible for the damages occurred during delivery. To avoid such mishaps we make sure our packaging is done using quality materials and with good care.

If you are living in Geelong, We are giving free delivery to any customers living 20km from Armstrong Creek. If you are able to pick up, we are happy to accommodate it. If you are living in Melbourne please contact us to find out the possibility of collecting the item from the city. All the items are shipped via standard delivery to reduce the cost. But if you haven't got sufficient time to wait for the delivery please upgrade shipping to express service. A tracking number will be provided for both standard and express service.
