Returns & exchanges

Vintage items are just as they are. Used with the usual markings, scratches and slight wear caused by normal usage and ofcourse age of the item. Any other significant marking or defect will be mentioned in the listing.

Unfortunately returns are not accepted.

In case of a parcel being lost in the normal postage system. There is nothing I can do. It's a big world. We all want to ship at low cost but sometimes a parcel disappears.
Unless you have a Track & Trace number. For international shipments keep in mind that customs can OPEN a parcel for checking at random. This could also be the cause for unusual delays.

If a shipment is lost which has a Track & Trace number and it will not reach it's destination within 30 days after the shipment date and you have evidence that you checked it several times I will give you a full refund.

If a shipment is being severely damaged or broken in transit. I will give you a 50% refund after you have emailed me some evidence....a picture of the damage to your purchase.

Additional policies

Don't let this scare you. Regard all this as a safety net in case things get nasty. I presume you understand and agree to my shop policy when you place an order. This will avoid any unneccessary discussions afterwards.

In case of a real issue: ofcourse I am willing to think of a reasonable solution :)
Positive communication is the only way to clear things up.

Have a nice ETSY day and start shopping......
