Shipping is free and included in the price of the gem. Insurance will be the minimum given by the shipping company unless you notify us at the time of purchase that you want to pay for additional insurance. A signature is usually required for delivery. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, FedEx or DHL. We do not memo gems to any customer we have not done business with. Please do not ask if you do not meet this requirement. If you would like to see the gem before purchasing, please contact us to make arrangements to come to Salt Lake City to view the gem. Once we have established a relationship with you, we may memo you gems. All sales are through our Etsy online shop. For insurance reasons, we do not accept returns.
