ADDRESS CHANGES //
Please ensure your address is correct prior to ordering. To make an address change after purchase, we will need to cancel your current order, then you may place a new order with the correct address. Buyers are responsible for the costs to re-ship the order if the package is returned to us due to incorrect and/or missing address information.

PROCESSING TIME //
Please see our shop announcement for current order processing time. Processing time is the time to process your order before shipping. Processing can begin after 24 hours of placing your order, should you decide to cancel your order.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES //
Canada: 3-15 business days
USA: 4-20 business days
International: 6-25 business days

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO //
- Orders, domestic and international do not include tracking information (which helps us to keep shipping costs low), therefore; we do not have any location information on packages once they are shipped.
- International orders may be delayed due to postal processing/customs/local strikes/etc.
- Buyers are responsible for all additional international shipping charges such as duties, taxes, etc.

LOST PACKAGES //
In the event that you still have not received your order within the estimated delivery time frame, please allow one additional week for your order to be returned back to us. Payments

CANCELLATIONS //
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order (cancellations cannot be made during sales events). Cancellations or refunds will not be given after an order has been processed. Please note we do not issue refunds for PayPal transaction charges.

SALE EVENTS //
Due to high order volume during sales there will be NO order cancellations, combining of orders or address changes. Please ensure your address, order and information are correct prior to placing an order.


Returns & exchanges

Refunds are issued on a case by case basis.

For returns or exchanges, please contact us within two business days. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs due to returns or exchanges.
