We ship using USPS First Class Mail. We are not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If an item is damaged please contact us immediately. We are unable to refund shipping charges. While we do everything we can to ensure your package arrives on time we are at the mercy of the USPS once it leaves our hands.
If your tracking shows that the package was marked as delivered we do not provide refunds or replacements in this situation. Please proceed with USPS to file a claim.
Insurance may be purchased at an additional cost, please ask for details on how to add insurance to your order.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within a day of receiving the item so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
If your item is lost, stolen or undelivered we cannot take responsibility for any postal errors and cannot offer a refund.
All balloon sales are final, no cancellations or refunds are accepted. If there is a manufacturer defect in a balloon we will need a photo for our manufacturers review. In some cases you may need to return the balloon so that we can provide proof to the manufacturer. Once a balloon is inflated it is considered used. A used balloon cannot be returned for any reason.
