Drayton Hall, in Charleston SC is a National Trust Property.
This pattern, while purchased at Drayton Hall, was not part of a kit, it appears to be simply Xerox copy. It includes the charted pattern and, while you will need to buy your own Aida or Hardanger cloth or needlepoint canvas, and embroidery floss or yarn, the DMC embroidery floss colors (by number and color name, are specified on the chart. While the print on the front of the pattern does not include any landscaping, the pattern itself appears to include a couple of very nice trees on either side of the house. NOTE: The color photo of Drayton Hall was mine, taken on the visit in 1992 when the pattern was purchased, I’ve included it with the pattern to provide an additional visual reference for the pattern.
