You are purchasing an odd count peyote digital pattern....NOT THE ITEM IN THE PHOTO!!
Many moons ago my 3 sons were growing up and watching SESEME STREET. Bert and Ernie were two of their favorites. One sketch in particular, remains a topic of conversation. Bert goes fishing and he would call out to the fish, "here fishy fishy" and the fish would magically jump into the boat. Here is that memory, in bead form! For my 3 sons.....ENJOY!
I always use 4lb Fire Line fishing line to stitch; a long, size 12 beading needle; size 11/0 Delica beads; size 15/0 seed beads for the trim and I chose to use a toggle bar and ring for the closure.
I used 13 different colors for a total of 2090 beads! There are 21 columns and 197 rows.
I have added a simple 3-bead picot trim to FISHY. This step is optional.
The finished size of FISHY is 1 1/4 inches wide (which includes the trim) by 6 5/8 inches before adding the clasp.
To lengthen your bracelet simply work some gold metallic Delicas, #410 at each end, until you have reached your desired length.
I hope you enjoy working this lovely design! I will never forget Bert’s fishing expedition!
Within the pattern you will find full color photos of the finished piece; a DELICA bead legend (listing of colors used); a view of the pattern in REAL TIME; an up close shot of the trim: a full color graph large enough to read easily and a WORD CHART of the pattern. NINE FULL PAGES of fun!
This pattern is in the form of a PDF file, a digital pattern, that will be readily available to you once your payment is received.
I don't mind if you make these bracelets to sell, but please give me the credit for the design within your listing of your finished piece. I would greatly appreciate it.
There are NO REFUNDS on digital files.
