The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Returns and exchanges
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the item that you purchased through our store, returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your garment. Please contact us for return approval prior to sending item back. After the 14 day time period no returns will be accepted. The item must be returned in as-new condition. Please make sure when shipping the item back that it is properly packaged, insured to her price and marked as a gift.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be made if you have simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/design, damaged the item or shows any bad signs of having been used.
Please allow up to 5 business days upon receipt of your item to process to a refund. Any refunds that are made will be done so through PayPal. We are not responsible for a item made to incorrect measurements supplied by customer or if customer changes weight/size after an order is placed. Or if a packaged is returned-to-sender due to non-delivery, wrong address or another reason, the buyer assumes the shipping costs of having it returned to them again. Of course, AeriënCouture would be happy to assist in any way possible in order to help settle any problems caused by the postal services.
