We do our best to have the crystal(s) packed presentably but do not offer gift packaging or wrapping services as the crystal(s) in our listings are of different shapes, sizes and fragility. We are happy to include descriptions of the crystal(s) you purchase for the gift recipient.

- The photos shown are of the actual stones that you will receive. Please note that colors and hues of the crystals may look slightly different depending on your monitor calibration. We do our best to photograph them in various angles, with natural light to project their quality. All crystals are natural and we carry mostly rough/ raw crystals, so little imperfections can appear. - Measurements of the crystals are approximates in (mm), (cm), inches (") or grams as per the photographs. - The dimensions indicate the L x W x D. - We include average measurements for "bulk" items but please note that the crystal(s) you purchase may vary a bit from the listed measurements depending on the calibration of your weighing machine.

All the crystals in our listings are cleansed and recharged daily until we ship them out. They will be packed in bubble wrappings/ Styrofoam before mailing. Please cleanse and program them for your use upon receiving them.

All duties or import taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility. We shall not be held liable for any additional charges imposed by customs authorities. All items are shipped within 2 business days of receipt of full payment and shipped via Singapore Post standard air mail; registered mail. Please make sure your PayPal and Etsy addresses are the same. If they are not, please indicate clearly to us at checkout which address you would like your package shipped to. Delays in shipping your orders may arise if otherwise. Please also contact us separately if you'd like your package sent via express post courier (EMS).

Packets, envelopes with enclosures etc are subjected to customs inspection and clearance. Festive postings to major cities, it is advisable to add another 10 working days for airmail & 20 for surface mail.

We enjoy time off on Saturdays, Sundays, and evenings on weekdays (we are on Singapore Standard Time (SST) or 8 hours ahead of GMT (UTC+08:00) and will reply to your queries on working business days.
