Before any item may be returned, I must receive photos of the item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and the cost of shipping it back to me is the buyers responsibility. Refunds will only be issued if the item is returned in it's original condition, if the buyer contacted me within 3 days of delivery, and if it was shipped back within 7 days of its delivery to the buyer.

Please keep in mind, not all devices will show colors the same. If you order something ready to ship and you want to be sure of the color a please message me and I'll do what I can to provide you with an accurate representation. If you want a custom order, I will discuss the specifics of your order with you, in detail, until you are satisfied and won't start work until then. Once you are satisfied with the color as shown or described and agree, refunds based on color will not be accepted.

Unless the item you purchase is already made and ready to ship, it is considered custom made even if you didn't use the "request a custom order" button, and is, therefore, not eligible for return or exchange.
