All items are shipped priority through the United States post office. Each package is insured for $50,and has the tracking code. Customers are responsible for broken packages and are urged to file a claim with the post office. All queries related to or concerning packages broken or undelivered is the responsibly of the customer .all items will be shipped between 11-15 business days .

Customized items are not returnable. However, if we make any error or mistake on an item we will gladly replace it at no charge to the you. You will simply need to message us a photo and an explanation of the error.
