Shipping times: Unfortunately I have no control over how long the post office will take to deliver your mail. There may be delays no matter which delivery option is chosen. I do not offer any type of overnight shipping. I can never guarantee delivery by a certain date.
SHIPS WITHIN : This is how soon I will ship your item, not how quickly it will be mailed by the postal service. I will let you know of any delay on my part for made to order items. If you make a Friday purchase, it will be mailed promptly on Monday.
SHIPPING ADDRESS : If you use Paypal, I must ship to the address listed at Paypal. If you use Etsy Direct checkout, I will ship to the address you have listed on Etsy.
Incorrect Addresses Buyer is responsible for providing the correct address at the time of purchase. Packages sent to incorrect addresses from buyer error are not refundable unless the package is returned to me. If an item does return to me I will issue a refund, minus the shipping costs.
PAYMENT TYPES: I currently accept payment through Paypal and Etsy Direct Checkout. Direct Checkout through Etsy accepts credit cards, Google Wallet and Apple Pay. Your payment must be received in full and cleared before your purchase will be mailed.
ORDER CANCELLATION: Unfortunately orders can not be cancelled once shipped. You may however return the item to me for a refund, minus shipping costs.
CUSTOM FEES: Custom Fees: You the buyer, are always responsible for paying any custom or duty fees. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Import duties, taxes, and custom charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. It is illegal to mark an item as a "gift" or for me to falsify customs declarations in order to avoid customs fees.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return and refund policies : I have a 15 day return policy. Please let me know that you will be returning an item. Include tracking and keep proof of mailing. Condition of the item must be like new and not damaged. Once I have the returned item I will issue a full refund, minus original shipping costs. Buyer will will cover the cost of return shipping.

For delayed packages, 21 days must pass before I can issue a refund or begin to file an insurance claim. Buyer will need to fill out an affidavit before a refund can be issued. For some purchases I may be able to remake the item you ordered.
For damaged items, please notify me within 24 hours of receiving the damaged package. Save all shipping material and take photos of the damage. Do not throw anything away. Proof of damage and shipping material is needed to file an insurance claim.
Personalized custom items that have specific requested elements or markings such as names or initials are not returnable.
Neither I nor the USPS make delivery time guarantees for the holidays. I do not refund purchases for delayed delivery in the case of holidays or special occasions without the item being returned to me in the condition it was mailed. Buyer is responsible for original shipping costs and return shipping costs. Thank you for understanding that I have no control over shipping times and for ordering early.
