We require 3-5 business days (non-holiday weekdays) for processing. Paying for quicker shipping will not expedite this process. If you need an item quicker, message us and we will see if we can rush the process.
Please make sure your address is correct. USPS is unable to verify international addresses. We are not responsible for your local postal service's failure to deliver. If an item is returned to us unclaimed or because of an incomplete address, we can only re-ship at the customer's expense.
Please be sure you know your home country's policies as far as taxes and customs fees for imported merchandise. We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes your home country may charge for receipt of merchandise. If you fail to pay customs and the item is returned to us, we will not be able to refund your order. We can re-ship the item at your own expense.
Returns & exchanges
We are not able to accept returns for refunds at this time. Hand-embellished items are made to order and thus cannot be returned for exchanges or refunds.
Exchanges of non-embellished items are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We begin working on orders as soon as possible after payment. Cancellations of orders are also granted on a case-by-case basis.
