EXPRESS SHIPPING "LunaShawls" ships worldwide using PTS Express everyday except weekends. Express delivery time is 2-4 business days to Europe and 4-6 business days to USA. Please leave your phone number at checkout!
Delivery times are beyond my control and I can take no responsibility for delays caused by the post office or customs. Traffic conditions, the weather, industrial action and volume of seasonal mail can all have an adverse affect on delivery time. Please bear in mind that deliveries are often slower at busy times of the year such as Christmas.
It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fee that might be charged from delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.
Please be sure to write your correct shipping address for purchases on Etsy. If you would like the item to be sent elsewhere, I suggest you using “messages to the seller” field and writing me the current address.

I accept Credit Cards /Debit Cards payments via "Shopier".
Following your order placement, you will recieve an email from Shopier, which is integrated into Etsy with the Etsy API for payments. You can either pay via "Pay Now" button in this email or the link that I will send you via Etsy Convo.
Shopier is being widely used by Etsy sellers. Its global system provides a simple, fast and secure payment service. Transactions are signed and encrypted via a secure infrastructure and card data is not stored. You don't need to have an account to pay your order.
That is all.
I will inform you that I received your payment and will send your order the same day or the day after, depending on the time I receive your payment.
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with Payment please do not hesitate to contact me via Etsy and I will assist you in any way that I can.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not happy with your item contact me first for return or exchange.
You can return the item for any reason and get a full refund: no shipping charges (a refund excluding sending and return shipping costs) The item must be returned in new and unused condition and please send it back in max. three days.
I do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages and I can't accept to refund more than two items.
