All items purchased will be shipped airmail parcel post, via South African Postal Services, within 1 to 2 weeks. A notification and tracking number will be sent to you via email, once your parcel has been sent. Your purchase will be securely packed, in recycled packaging, to ensure its safe arrival.

Returns & exchanges
Refunds will be effected on a case by case basis, after discussion. Please check the images and ask questions about the product.
I endeavour to describe and photograph each item in my shop accurately. Please be sure to read my descriptions carefully and view the photos, before purchasing an item. This will prevent any complications at a later stage. In the case of vintage items, please bear in mind that these are pre-owned and used items so they will show signs of wear from general use and age and this will be noted in the listing description, as well as shown in the photographs.
INCORRECT ORDER: Should a customer be dissatisfied with their purchase, i.e. the item is 'not as described in the listing/photos or an incorrect item has inadvertently been shipped, please be sure to notify me within 24 hours of receipt of your parcel. In the unlikely event of this happening a full refund will be arranged, once the item in question has been returned to "Waitingforgeorge" in the same condition in which it was shipped. Please discuss the matter with me before returning the item.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Should there be any problem with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Please photograph the damaged item/s and the packaging and forward to me please, to assist in a possible claim from the relevant postal services.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER: Should a buyer wish to cancel an order, please contact me promptly.
PARCEL TRACKING: Once your parcel has been shipped I will send you a notification via Etsy of the tracking number. Delivery should take no longer than three weeks. Please contact me, should your parcel not arrive within this time period. This will enable me to ascertain it's whereabouts and the reason for delay.
FAILURE TO COLLECT YOUR PARCEL: Should your parcel status be 'out for delivery but with no authorized recipient available to receive it', you must please arrange to collect your parcel. If it is returned to sender, goes astray, or gets damaged, I cannot be held responsible.
