MINT/DEADSTOCK/NOS: Perfect and pristine as originally made; shows no signs of use or wear. Deadstock or NOS (New Old Stock): item was likely never used/worn at all, tags may be attached. NEAR MINT: Item is like new and has no overwhelming flaws. EXCELLENT: Item shows typical signs of use or wear due to occasional use and very minor, unnoticeable flaws. VERY GOOD: Item is usable/wearable but has some surface flaws that don’t detract from the integrity of the piece. GOOD: Item is considered useable/wearable but cannot be returned to excellent condition. FAIR: Numerous noted flaws, Item may be restored to good or even very good condition with significant repairs. PROJECT PIECE/AS IS: Item will best serve for project or up-cycling!

All Glory Train items are vintage—20 years or older, or antique—100 years or older giving them character and historical value. Many of our pieces are family heirlooms. Each item is unique and the buyer should expect some degree of wear and not expect a newly crafted item. All photographs and descriptions attempt to portray the condition of the vintage or antique item, including imperfections and flaws, as accurately as possible. Please look over all photos and read “Item Details” carefully before deciding on your purchase. Feel free to ask ANY questions or request additional photos of an item you are curious about. We do a ton of research and take many more pictures than are listed!

All of our items come from a smoke-free, chemical free home. We do NOT use chemical cleaners, perfumes, detergents with fragrance or dyes, or dryer sheets to “freshen up” our vintage or antique items because we have chemical sensitivities and know many of you do, too. Any odor detected on an item is its acquired or natural odor due to age, or the place it was stored in for many years; fragrances used by a previous owner may also be embedded in an item. When needed we air out any strong smelling items in the Arizona sun and carefully launder or spot clean and press all vintage garments. Occasionally we can’t get rid of an odor, but we try our best to improve it. We love going green by purchasing and selling vintage and antique goods!

So sorry, but Glory Train does not offer lay away payment plans at this time. We do offer 48-hour reserves on items if you need a little extra time to complete your purchase. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the hold/reserve being placed, it will be relisted to the public for sale. Your vintage or antique treasure will be mailed as soon as payment has cleared! We are located in Sedona, Arizona so our in-state friends will owe 9.85% sales taxes on items purchased. This tax does not apply to out-of-state or international buyers.

All Glory Train items are ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Each item will be carefully wrapped and packed to protect its one-of-kind vintage integrity. Items will be shipped to your Etsy mailing address unless you tell us otherwise. We ship domestically and internationally and offer combined and expedited shipping. All packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. We carefully weigh and measure items in appropriate packages at the time of listing to select the cheapest and securest shipping option for each article. We use Etsy’s Calculated Shipping tool to make sure you are not overcharged for shipping to your location. Tracking numbers provided on all orders.
