I have currently only listed shipping fees for the United States and Canada. If you wish an item shipped to another country, please contact me, and I will find out what the shipping price will be for you. I ship to the address notated in your PayPal invoice. Please be sure that the address you leave at checkout matches the address you have on file with PayPal. My shipping charges do not include insurance. For shipments to the United States and Canada, I do recommend that you have insurance, and would be happy to provide that option at an additional charge (approximately $2.00). For shipments outside these areas, I require insurance to be purchased, as the risk of loss, damage or theft is greater. If you do opt for insurance, please convo me before placing your order. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. If you have special shipping needs please let me know
I accept PayPal only. It is safe and user friendly! You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make a purchase through PayPal, you can check out through PayPal with your debit or credit card. Have a problem or question about payment? Please contact me, I will be more than happy to assist you. Please submit payment within 48 hours of purchase. The item you purchased will be relisted if payment is not processed within 48 hours. Sales tax will be applied to all California purchases
Returns & exchanges
I hope you will be very happy with your purchase. Please contact me with any problems or concerns, and I will be happy to work with you toward a resolution. I do encourage you to read measurements and size information carefully. It may help to keep a tape measure handy, so you can more easily visualize the dimensions of a piece. Also, please be aware that colors can vary from one computer monitor to another. I do not offer refunds unless there is an error on my part. I will consider an exchange, if you notify me within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. If an exchange has been authorized the artglass piece must be returned in its original condition, and properly re-packaged for a safe return. Customer pays for all shipping fees encountered when making an exchange.
