All orders are shipped via US Postal Service, First Class or Priority Mail. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Gone2Pieces™ cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once delivered to the post office, all packages are the responsibility of the US Postal Service. If there are any issues with package delivery, please contact Gone2Pieces™ directly.

Gone2Pieces™ does not generally accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. However, if there is a problem with your order or you are not satisfied in any way, please contact us to resolve the issue. If any returns are agreed upon, items must be returned in original, new condition, with no damage or odors. Any tags must be intact.
Custom orders and patterns cannot be refunded.

Most orders are ready for shipment at time of ordering; any exceptions will be noted on the item page. Any custom order options will be listed on individual items.
Every attempt is made to show the actual color of an item. However, due to lighting and computer monitor differences, the true color may be slightly different than the photos. Where variances are evident, the best match will be noted.
