Returns & exchanges
Our cards are well packaged for the post and should arrive in perfect condition, However, if your cards arrive in damaged condition please contact Gingerdolphin within 5 days so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Under EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return your item, unopened, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This right does NOT apply to custom made or personalised items. Returns: All returned items must be unused/unopened and in original packaging and condition. Please use a trackable service to return your items. Items that fail to reach us will not be refunded. We will only process refunds after we have received the returned goods and inspected them for their condition. We will not be responsible for goods damaged in the post so please ensure that your returned items are well packed and insured against damage or loss where appropriate. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and that when giving a refund the original shipping costs are not returnable.
