THE FONDANT
Whether desserts, cakes or sweets, Michele fondant will come to perfect the boldest creations. A wide range of flavours ranging from classic to more bold. There is something for everyone!

Each fondant is packed in bag of 250gr vacuum. You can make about 40 of filled chocolates (depending on the molds of course).

USE
Out seal of the refrigerator or freezer and let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature before use. A small cut on one of the lower corners of the package and fill the inside of the chocolates and other pastries. Refrigerate after opening.

CONSERVATION
Preservation of the fondant in a sealed package: 8-10 months in the refrigerator up to 2 years in the freezer.
Fondant after opening storage: up to 3 months in the refrigerator.
Preservation of the fondant in processed product: up to 3 months at room temperature.

DESCRIPTION OF FLAVORS
Cowberry: family of cranberry, maggot grows along the River on the North Coast. It leaves in your mouth fresh and light taste like the breeze of the boreal forest.

Seabuckthorn Berry: fruit more nutrients and vitamins a, its taste reminiscent of orange and ripe peach, with a hint of passion fruit tart.

Dwarf Blueberry: this 'Blue Pearl' is very appreciated for its unsurpassed flavor. Protecting from cold, it develops a dense flesh and a more pronounced and taste sweeter than southern cornflower.

Wild cloudberry: in the form of a ripe, it goes from red to orange when mature. Mouth, it has a bitter taste with hints of tropical fruit and a hint of apricot.
