2-pattern set includes Pioneer Girl Apron and Pioneer Girl Sunbonnet PDF Patterns and Instructions.
The Pioneer Girl Apron has a gathered skirt to just below the knee, slanted patch pockets, a softly gathered bib that narrows toward the top, narrow straps, and long sashes for a bow. Sewing takes some experience and skill. Makes up fairly quickly using calico, quilting cotton, muslin, or lightweight denim. Requires 1-5/8" yards (58-1/2") of 42" - 44" fabric. The apron itself is comfortable to wear all day like a pinafore, and works great for pioneer days and treks.
The Apron PDF digital download pattern prints out 14 (fourteen) 8-1/2" x 11" sheets of paper plus four sheets of instructions.
The Pioneer Girl Sunbonnet is easily customizable, with a 6" brim wide enough to shade the face from the sun. Brim is chin length. Gathered crown has a back ruffle to protect the neck during treks. Long sashes allow the sunbonnet to hang down the back when you are tired of wearing it! Makes up fairly quickly using calico, quilting cotton, muslin, or lightweight denim. Requires 7/8th yard (30") of 42" - 44" fabric, stiff interfacing for the brim, and ribbons for decorations, if desired.
The Sunbonnet pattern prints out 8 (eight) 8-1/2" x 11" sheets of paper plus three sheets of instructions.
