| PROCESSING TIME |
The time it takes for me to finish an item varies. Please carefully read the descriptions for the details.

Processing times listed are estimates only. I usually finish and ship an item way ahead of the deadline. In case there will be a delay, I will contact you immediately.

| SHIPPING METHOD |
All international orders are shipped via registered mail. Once I have shipped your order, I will send you a shipping notification that also contains your tracking number. Use the tracking number to monitor the status of your package via your local post office or through the PHLPost's website: https://www.phlpost.gov.ph/

All domestic orders are shipped via a local courier.

Please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match. I will not be responsible for items shipped to a wrong address due to a discrepancy.

| SHIPPING TIME |
Delivery time for international orders take about 2-4 weeks, depending on your location.

Delivery time for domestic orders take about 1-3 days, depending on your location.

Once I have shipped the item, I no longer have any control on your package though I regularly check its status using its tracking number.

I do not issue a refund due to delayed deliveries.

Should you need expedited shipping, send me a message prior to ordering and I will gladly help you with the options available.

| DELAYED DELIVERIES |
In case your order did not arrive at the expected time, send me a message immediately so I can check with the shipping company. You can also check the status of your order via the tracking number found in the shipping notification I sent you.

There are usually delays to deliveries during certain times (e.g. before and a little after the Christmas season, disputes at the post office, etc.) and this is beyond my control. When you want to order something for Christmas, I encourage you to order ahead of time.

I would appreciate getting an email from you once you receive the item just so I know your orders arrived on time and in good condition.

| CUSTOMS FEES |
Import duties, taxes, and other fees are the buyer's responsibility. It is not included in the shipping cost or item price. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what fees you need to pay and how much.


Payments

I accept payments through PayPal. Major credit cards are also accepted through PayPal.

Should you wish to pay through bank transfer, send me a message so I can send you the details.

If you're from the Philippines, send me a message for other means of payment.

Payment is required before I can make your orders.

| CANCELLING ORDER/S |
I encourage buyers to read product descriptions prior to ordering. Should you have any questions on an item, send me a message before purchasing and I will reply to you as soon as I can.

Cancellations are accepted on a case-to-case basis. Should you want to cancel an order, please send me a message immediately. I will issue refunds for cancelled orders less Paypal's fixed fees (refer to Paypal's policies on Refunds) which are not refundable. In the case of bank payments, I will also issue refunds less bank charges and other fees incurred and/or to be incurred.

I do not accept cancellations for orders which I have already shipped and/or started making, especially custom and personalized items.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Should your order be damaged in transit, please let me know immediately and send me photos of the contents and packaging, and I will replace the item as soon as possible.
