Item details

This listing is for a spiderweb turquoise natural gemstone .

The dimensions of the stone are 51 mm by 13 mm by 6 mm in depth. The weight of the stone is 34.5 carats.

This material is from China and is unusual because of the long Marquis shape. This turquoise was the hardest material I've ever cut. The blue flecks of color in the stone look as though they're tiny individual nuggets in a sea of black. Very interesting Matrix pattern. It is not backed and is polished on all sides. The stone could easily be used in a wire wrap design and whatever it's used in it will be stunning because of the length of the marquee shape. It's going to make a beautiful statement jewel.
