Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If something is incorrect with the order, let me know asap and I'll fix it. If a package is lost during transit, a refund or replacement will be offered. A package is not considered lost before at least 30 working days have passed. (per BG post carrier policy) Packages whose tracking info shows the item was successfully delivered and signed for are not considered lost and will be further followed up and investigated for mistakes or incorrect info, provided by the carrier. Return of money will be as soon as the item has been received back. Postage costs will not be returned and will be deducted from the purchase price. Custom order sales are considered final. (no returns or exchanges, except if they were damaged in transit).
