1950s Rare Vintage Graduating Sizes Bowl-shape Grey Coat Jacket Cape Buttons-22/27/30mm
Circa 1950's, this set is a rare one. There is luck to have found them in this graduating sizes. My research on buttons revealed that the 30's to the 50's used this 'graduating sizes' theme to show that a button's function is not just for closure but as a 'statement' in itself. Buttons in graduating sizes were displayed to make the dress and that the dress is not a statement without the buttons sewn in graduating sizes. Buttons were a special part of women's dress and for men too......to be seen and not to be a second feature.
I encountered a late 2016 fashion magazine using buttons with graduating sizes in a man's waistcoat. The buttons llisted here are finished with a 'sanded-like finish on the surface but semi-gloss on the edge. They are cupped or in a bowl-shape. Perfect to recreate those elegant dresses we don't see much today. We can still use this theme today to show our own individuality. Perfect for a dress coat as shown on the website below.

I mail all items bought within three (3) working days upon receipt of cleared payment. I prefer to send purchases via registered with tracking mail but let me know what your postage/shipping preference is. I have quoted non-registered/non-tracking postage or shipping for small items like buttons. I will send tracking info after mailing your item.

Returns & exchanges
All sales are final! I will refund only if items bought are found not to match my descriptions. Pictures are part of the descriptions. I do not refund/exchange for buyer's change of mind or for buyer's remorse or for arrival of goods in damaged condition.

Rosaries are preferred to be sent registered with tracking and required signature (International Standard). However, I do understand that we all want to save money. Alternatively, rosaries can be send without tracking but with required signature (International Economy). Rosaries will arrive in a small box for protection. Any items lost or damaged in transit via non-registered mail or non-tracking delivery is NOT refundable or subject to return/exchange.
