Items purchased will be shipped as soon as payment is received and/or cleared. We will ship all items using the United States Postal Services.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment. It is the easiest, quickest, most efficient way to pay! It is extremely secure. I have been using it for over 10 years. If you are uncomfortable paying online you can contact me at 419.651.5220 and we can take your credit card information over the phone. We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover. You can also pay by check and your item will be shipped once the check has cleared.
Returns & exchanges
If you receive a damaged item please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace your item once original item has been returned. If you need a different size please email me at email@example.com and we will negotiate an exchange.
We are always willing to do custom work for any special occasion. Work can usually be completed within 1 week unless an out of stock situation occurs. You will be notified promptly if we must order additional materials to complete your order. We look forward to doing business with you!!!
