If you are unhappy in any way, please let me know and I will try to make it right! Due to the custom nature of the designs, all sales are final...unless I made the mistake. I will do what it takes to make it right and send a replacement ASAP. I will personalize your item EXACTLY how you order. If the item is incorrect due to your error, I cannot offer a refund. Please let me know so that we can come up with a solution. I really want all my customers to be extremely happy. If items are damaged while in route I will replace the item or refund your money, but you must contact me no later than 48 hours after the product has been delivered. I will need to file a claim with picture to USPS. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Rush shipping options are available! I have a rush order listing that can be purchased at any time. This costs $10 and will have your order in the mail within 1 business day. I also suggest using Priority Mail service, since it is the best option for cheap and fast shipping.
