HOW TO ORDER
1. PURCHASE LISTING: Click on Add to Cart and make your payment

2. SUBMIT DETAILS: In the NOTES TO SELLER box when checking out please send the following information:
- Name
- Colors you would like to be used on the board

3. SEND IN PHOTO: Send your photo to this email: hashtagcutouts [!at] gmail.com
- Please send a high resolution photo of your loved one (preferably at 300 dpi)

All HashtagsCutouts go up to 36 Inches in width & 6 Inches in height.

When making a purchase, please state in the note to seller section what colors you would like to use for your hashtag. Just format what you want like so: Example: #(color) hashtag(color) background(color) Also if you have color guidelines - please send the codes or a photo of the guidelines to us.

Yes. If you have a specific font you would like to use & have the font file-just message us & we will provide you with a email you can send your items to.

As soon as you place a order it will be put into production, then packaged & depending on the shipping method you choose sent right away to you. Usually on our end it's within 48 hours after we've received approval to print... So we can't really estimate how long your shipping will take but we can get a Fedex estimate if you provide information about your shipping address or you could as well purchase a Fedex shipping label yourself & then provide us with that information.

Please try to place & approve your orders at least 1 - 2 weeks prior to when you will need them. If however you are not able to do this, we will try to accommodate & help get your items to you in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that some additional shipping cost may occur during this process. We will however inform you of the cost & send you a invoice via PayPal if you choose to move forward with your decision.

Unfortunately after a purchased item has left the shop- we are no longer responsible for it. We try to monitor the shipping progress of each & every item that leaves our busy shop but we are not always able to. Please monitor the tracking of your items. If there was a issue with delivery to your address - please address your issues with the shipping company that handled your item. If you need to change the shipping destination of your item- please do so before it has been shipped. My shop can not accommodate any changes to shipping after a item has been shipped. Please double check your shipping address before placing a order.
