PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE FOR A CUSTOM INVOICE IF YOU ARE ORDERING SOMETHING OTHER THAN WHAT IS LISTED. All orders can be customized as needed for art, quantities, special requests, rush, etc.

AFTER YOU ORDER:
1. A proof will be emailed to you within 3 business days.
2. Once approved, we will create your product.
3. Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number.

CUSTOMER APPROVAL: One complimentary proof included. Proof will be sent within three business days (Monday – Friday) of your order, or indication of change needed. We will not begin printing process until we have the customer’s approval. Make certain you are being thorough before giving your approval, as we do not offer refunds on custom orders. If you need a replacement order because of your error it will be at your expense, not ours. Once we have the customer’s approval, it will take up to 5-7 business days to complete your order. If you need the product rushed through production faster, leave a note as explained in the section “PLACING AN ORDER”, or it will be completed per our usual processing time.

REGARDING COLORS: Please note, all computer screens/monitors are calibrated differently. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the color on your screen will match the actual color.

Over / Under Run
An accidental over or under run of 5% will constitute a complete order. Every attempt will be made to minimize these amounts.



POLICIES & SHIPPING

PAYMENT - All major credit cards accepted through either Etsy’s Direct Checkout or PayPal (you don’t need a PayPal account). Payment is due at time of purchase. If payment is not received within 24 hours, your transaction will be cancelled.

SHIPPING – The production of orders generally takes between 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday). Shipping may take between 1-2 weeks. Please let us know when you would like to receive your cups when placing your order, so as not to miss any important deadlines!

We deliver via FedEx Ground. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, let us know and we can PayPal you the difference in cost. Please see our shipping terms under “Shipping & Policies” for additional information.

Rush orders are available. It may be necessary to place a Rush Charge for production and/or shipping. Rush charges are based on several factors that will be determined by the shop. If you do not notify us that your event is coming soon when placing your order, we will continue our normal production cycle.

We will not be held liable for orders arriving after your event if you do not provide advance notice.

Our shipping rates are for the continental US. Packages are shipped by FedEx Ground. We will e-mail you a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can keep track of its progress.

We cannot be held liable for any package(s) that are stolen, lost, or delayed in transit or after delivery to the address you have given us. Also, we cannot control the weather. If your shipment was expected to arrive by the due date yet is delayed because of a weather issue or some unforeseen issue on the shipper's end, we will not be held responsible.

Please notify us within 48 hours delivery of any damages, shortages, or issues with this shipment. After 48 hours of delivery we cannot guarantee a resolution of any problems. Best to contact us as soon as you receive the box or if the promised delivery date has passed and you have not received your order!



REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All of our orders are custom made so we will not be able to accept any returns on orders. Please be certain to choose the correct color, size, etc. as necessary to ensure you receive something perfect for you. The information from your order will be the basis of what we will work on. It’s always a good idea to double-check your personalization for accuracy also.

All of the products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in excellent condition before shipping. All products are also carefully packaged to ensure no damages will occur.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please box the damaged items in the original packaging. On orders damaged in transit from our warehouse to you, our customer service department will file your claim with the carrier for you, but only if the damaged merchandise is in its original shipping and handling packaging. You will be required show proof of damage via a photo. After these steps have been completed, we will send you a replacement package once your claim has been successfully processed. It may take up to 10 business days for your claim to be processed and your replacements to be sent.


FAQs

We take numerous orders every day and take special care to make each design awesome. We will allow as many proofs as needed until you love the design. However, we do not make proofs before an order is placed. We will be glad to discuss your design ideas in depth before you pay to make sure you are comfortable ordering.

When placing a Rush order you are giving up the part of the process where we can send you a proof. There just isn't enough time for both. If you absolutely need to see a proof before it prints you will be risking timely delivery of your order. You can certainly do both, but we will no longer be responsible if your order does not arrive on time.

A Rush order must be agreed upon between the customer and our shop BEFORE you place an order. When the proper rush fee has been determined, you will add the rush fee to your cart with the rest of your order. (Search in shop for "Rush") PLEASE turn on your Etsy notifications or give us a cell number so we can reach you in a timely manner if needed.

If we continue to reach out to you with a proof and receive no response back we will go forward with the order without your proof approval.

Many of our products are discounted by quantity. The more you buy the cheaper the price per unit. If you have any questions about getting a better price for ordering a larger quantity, please don't hesitate to ask. We'll do what we can to offer the most competitive price.

Yes to both! However, there is a price for everything and to add a second or third ink color will significantly increase the price on your order. For full color digital printing, the price is higher and production time is longer. Please contact us for a quote if you want more than one ink color or full color printing.

Yes! There is a 20% increase in price for embossing so please contact us for a custom listing. Keep in mind, embossing works best when the design is very simple and not a lot of tiny details.

Yes! You can order more than one color at no extra cost. Keep in mind, the ink color and design must remain exactly the same. If you want multiple colors, multiple designs and multiple ink colors you are more likely looking for a separate order for each color. Please contact us for a quote or custom listing before you place your order for ink multiple colors.

In almost all cases the customer will receive tracking information when the product ships. At that point, delivery of the product is out of our control. Refunds are not given and replacement orders are not the financial responsibility of Eloquence Ink for claims of non-delivery if tracking shows it was delivered. We will do everything we can with the carrier to help you resolve the matter. 1. Check with neighbors 2. Check with family members 3. Ask the delivery person where he/she left the package 4. Call your local delivery office to see if it is sitting there or on the truck
