Custom orders are always welcome. Please contact us via the ETSY message service. Please provide us with color, sizing, any sample ideas, and such that you may have. Please provide us with all the information needed for customized orders with as much accuracy as possible. Details that would be helpful are: color, neck or wrist measurements without any slack, pattern design, color combination order, length desired for products such as leashes and key chains. Please note that larger items will need more length of cord and more time to complete. Should we be running low on a color you requested, or it is a color that we sell quickly, we will let you know and work with you to determine the best course of action.

The onus is on the Buyer to ensure your mailing address associated with your ETSY account is up-to-date. Shipments will only be mailed out to the address listed on the order. If shipments are RTS or Address not deliverable, packaged refused, etc. then additional charges will apply.

We ship all items from Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, USA. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for international shipments to arrive. Tracking will be available via the USPS.com website until the item leaves the USA. If tracking is available through your local postal service, they will be able to assist you with tracking. International packages are subject to customs inspection, please allow ample time for them to arrive. Please be aware that the value of your order will be accurately reflected on the customs declaration. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial US postage.
