Since my items are made in very limited quantities and the patterns involved in my handmade creations tend not to repeat themselves, I may not have another exactly like it to exchange if you want a different size, but I will provide as close a match as possible. If you would like a different style or color of item as a replacement, it must be for an item of the same price or less.

Unless an error has been made by the shop, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
