I know you want to get your goodies quickly so I aim for fast shipping. For US shipments, I ship daily first class with delivery confirmation - you will get a wonderful little email from paypal with the tracking information.
For international orders, I ship USPS first class - unfortunately I can't get a delivery confirmation # so I will email you when the goodies are shipped so you can anxiously await for their arrival! A custom's form will be completed for each international order and the retail value of the item(s) will be indicated. Custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Need a shipping upgrade - no problemo but those charges will apply.
I like to believe I do my part for mother earth so I do like to recycle so you might find some of my packing materials "previously used" (bubble wrap, foam wrap)
In this day and age, electronic payments through paypal are preferred but I will also accept money orders and a personal check; however, items won't be shipped until the check clears/payment is received.
Don't have a paypal account? No problem, you can still pay through paypal without an account. Just go to www.paypal.com.
An order will be cancelled after 3 days of non-payment - I really hope this doesn't happen. I will email buyers and also send convo's to prevent this. Life gets hectic sometimes and I understand that things can fall through the cracks.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I am not responsible for shipping delays or shipping errors based on information a buyer has on their etsy account (shipping address).
Also once an a parcel leaves my home post office the shipping is out of my control and I urge buyers, if a parcel hasn't arrived, to contact their own post offices. This is especially true for international items.
I welcome custom orders and love working on them so please allow two days for completion.
