I always suggest doing combined shipping on more than one order. Please message me before proceeding to Check Out and I will be happy to assist you with a new shipping quote.
If your order is time sensitive and you require faster shipping, message me and I will get you some additional quotes.
If the shipping quote seems high, message me your postal code or zipcode and I will adjust your charge.
I do my best to ship your purchase within 1-3 business days. This may be slightly longer during peak times. I will email you as soon as it has been posted with an estimate for arrival.
Delivery within Canada is between 3-7 business days. Delivery to the U.S is between 6-10 business days.
There are circumstances out of my control such as postal strikes and you will be informed of the situation should this occur.
Canada Post does not provide tracking numbers on their letter size mail unless requested. If you wish to have a tracking number I can get you a new quote for shipping and you can decide if it is worth the cost for tracking.

Parcels do come with tracking. If your purchase is over $50 I recommend you have tracking and insurance to protect yourself. Convo me before you Check Out and I will get you a quote.
I cannot refund you for parcels that have been lost in transit as that is out of my control. I, also, cannot refund if you have provided a wrong address. Please double check the address and make sure it can receive parcels safely. Some mailmen will leave a parcel outside a postbox. This is why tracking and insurance are a good idea for more valuable purchases.
A parcel will not be considered lost until 30 days after shipping. A missing parcel report with Canada Post cannot be filed until four weeks have passed.
Certain destinations in Canada and U.S (i.e Hawaii) might have slightly higher shipping rates than posted. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and your postal rate will be adjusted to reflect that. Unfortunately, Canada does have higher shipping rates than in the U.S.
All custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Under no circumstances will I falsify a declaration form for shipping. The true purchase price will be quoted.
If there is any discrepancy in the postage and you have been charged too much I will reimburse you the difference.
At this time Paypal is my accepted method of payment. Please note that credit cards can still be used through Paypal even if you do not have an account.
You can do this by chosing Paypal as your payment method at checkout. After you have submitted your order, click the “Pay Now”, scroll down and you will find the option to pay with credit.
If you have a Canadian bank account and wish to do a bank to bank e-transfer message me and we can work something out as well
Returns & exchanges
If your purchase is not to your liking because it differs from my description then I will give a refund. Please message me with your concerns about your purchase to see if I can help in any way. A return must be arranged with me within 5 days of receiving your order. Return postage must be paid by the buyer and the item must be returned in the same condition as sent. Refunds will be issued once I have received the item.
If I am at fault for breakage from poor packaging I will refund you once the item has been returned and I will refund for return postage. Please message me if there are any problems.
I take care in describing the condition of each article I sell. It is far better to be honest than explain to you why something is stained or scratched and I had not mentioned it. I try to take very clear photos so you can see detailing.
Be assured you will be receiving the exact item photographed. All items are genuine vintage and have been dated to the best of my ability.
I have a smoke free home but have no guarantee where the vintage item has resided. I will mention if an item has a distinctive odour.
All my items are sold “as is”.
