I am happy to take custom orders, and if there is any piece which you wanted but missed out on, or would like in a different stone, I will do my best to accommodate your wishes.
I can also create pieces according to your specifications like weight, shape, e.g if you wanted a piece described in "Prehistoric Textiles" by EJW Barber p. 307, or if you perhaps tell me you would like a conical, flat topped 4 cm diameter and 2 cm deep whorl in, say, soapstone, I can work with that. In cases such as these, I will send photos as a piece progresses in case adjustments or changes are needed.
Please understand, though, that each item is individually made, so while I may attempt to replicate a whorl, there will be small differences here or there.
Custom pieces will take anywhere from a day to a week depending on complexity.
Ordering over the weekend:
Orders placed over the weekend may experience some delay for two reasons. The first is due to USPS hours of operation, and the second is due to my work schedule at my other job. I apologize for any inconvenience this may incur.
