Item details

Welcome to the world of tweed. My new Donegal Sock is superwash merino and NEP (the non-dyeable little bits of color that make it a tweed). The soft, rust-ish orange of PERSIMMON is so nicely represented in this lovely yarn. The shade has a red undertone, not the yellow undertone you see in the oranges you eat...softer and deeper oranges of Fall. So many possibilities in this tweedy skein! You could make socks with cables or lace or a lovely summer to fall transitional shawl. You'd make a statement this winter in a lovely cowl in Persimmon to go with your black, brown or purple coat, too.

Price is for one skein.

Yarn is dyed by me in my basement. I hope you enjoy making something wonderful with this beauty! I do my best to photograph the yarn with color accuracy, but they may vary slightly when viewed on different monitors. Thank you for visiting my shop.
