We use USPS for shipping our orders. We try to use Priority Service (2-3 day delivery) on most orders; some of our larger items are shipped using UPS ( 7 day delivery) due to cost savings.
Should you need your order quickly, please contact us with your zipcode for an expedited shipping quote. We will make every effort to meet your deadline.
We ship all orders to the address you enter in Paypal. If we ship to an incorrect address due to our mistake, we will reship your order at no additional charge. (We strive for 100% shipping accurancy.)
When your order ships out, we will send you a shipping notice with tracking info to your email address.
All major credit cards and we accept Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to use Paypal with a credit card. Paypal will allow you to check out as a guest.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We do except returns within 7 days of receipt and customer is responsible for return shipping cost. We do not issue credit on any shipping charges if item is returned.
