This Genuine Montana Sapphire has an interesting color combo. It's a silvery greenish blue in natural lighting and in artificial lighting it turns to a champagne color. In mixed lighting it has all of them. It's an oddball, which is why I appreciate this one. There is no way that the camera can pick up what the true colors of this gem really are.
This Sapphire has a few really cool needle-like inclusions that run through it. They look like shooting stars when the gem is brightly back lit. It will make a nice center stone for any unique jewelry project.
This Sapphire weighs .85 carat, measures 5.7 mm and has a round brilliant cut. This Sapphire was hand mined by my family in Rock Creek, MT. It was heat treated by my Father in Helena, MT. This Sapphire was faceted by Shannon in Seattle, WA.
I've noticed that everyone's computer monitor displays colors differently. This may alter the appearance of the Sapphire's color from what it truly is. If you have any questions about a stone's color or clarity, please let me know.
