These are of the highest quality, and show off your finished artwork perfectly!

Various shapes and sizes.
Sizes are internal diameter of the inner hoop.
Sold individually.
We do recommend gluing in the screw top for hanging - they are left loose in case you want to remove them.

Shipping was very quick from UK to Canada. I made some really great subversive Christmas ornaments with these and they were a hit! Will definitely order again if a similar project comes up.

LOST MAIL:
UK: Royal Mail do not consider an item of mail to be lost until 10 working days have passed from the date it was due to be delivered.
EU and Rest of World: Royal Mail do not consider an item of mail to be lost until at least 20 working days (for items posted to EU) or 25 working days (for items to the rest of the world) have passed from the due delivery date.
We cannot class an item as lost until this time has passed.
Please contact your neighbours and local sorting office first as your parcel could be with them.
We always add your tracking number to your order.

Working days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude weekends and Bank holidays.

We post within 2 working days of your order being received and you will receive a dispatch email once your order has shipped.


Payments

We accept Paypal or Direct payment via Etsy for payments. Our green polka dot waterproof mailing bag come with your invoice in a document wallet on the outside.


Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you wish to return your unused, undamaged item, please contact us through Etsy messages* We will then arrange for you to post the item back to us (within 14 days) and we will replace the item or refund you as required.

Items must be returned in good condition and secure packaging, you must obtain proof of postage for your return and post using a Tracked/Signed For postage option - If your return does not arrive with us we cannot refund/replace for you.
Please include a copy of your invoice in your return as otherwise your refund/replacement will be delayed. If returning from outside the UK please mark your customs form as 'Return' as if we have to pay customs charges they will be passed onto you.

*Contact must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. We do not refund postage unless the item is faulty.

Please note: Cut ribbons, sewing patterns and bow templates are non-returnable.
Sheets of glitter/faux leather fabric must not be folded for posting, as this damages the fabric and will void your return claim.

PLEASE NOTE: Colours look different on a computer screen than in real life, we do our best to represent the colours, But if in doubt contact us via conversations to order a free sample before you order.

Missing Items:
If you receive your order and there is an item/s missing or damaged please immediately photograph your order as is, and send us an Etsy message (within 48 hours of receiving your order) with the photo attached and let us know what is missing. We cannot replace missing items without this photographic proof.
