I list my items using a specific shipping method, but we reserve the right to ship by another method based upon the customer's location, cost, and the best method to ensure that your item arrives safely. I primarily ship via United States Postal Service but I will be glad to quote any other shipment method my customer prefers. I offer insurance on any item that my buyer specifies, but I may include mandatory insurance on those items that I deem it to be necessary. I package our items with the utmost care but I cannot be responsible for the handling during shipping. Each item I ship will have an Electronic Delivery Confirmation number assigned for tracking purposes. I do include for handling.
I mainly ship to USA but I am willing to ship internationally but I will have to quote prices to other countries.
I sell vintage and antique collectibles and due to their age, may not be in perfect condition. They may show wear that is suitable for their age. I may also sell newer items that I think would be interesting to customers. I make every attempt to describe an item's condition, to disclose any normal wear, flaws, or repairs detected. I attempt to furnish photographs that depict the condition and image of my items at the time of sale. I am always very glad to answer any questions that you may have about my items and I make every effort to answer you as quickly as possible.
I have dealt with antiques and collectables most of my life and will be the first one to tell you I do not know everything there is to know. I will research and describe to you the best of my abilities about the items for sale.
Returns & exchanges
I pride myself on customer satisfaction with a three day return policy. You can return an item within three days of the date you received it. Return shipping must be at the buyer's expense and verified by USPS delivery confirmation. Uninsured items damaged in transit are not returnable. Shipping costs and insurance costs are not refundable.
