Three (3) complete Plaid Decorator Blocks kits which contain stamps made of a strong foam rubber that you put paint on and apply to any surface that will hold the printed image such as fabric, walls, ceramics, paper, furniture, gifts, etc.,
These three kits are grouped together because they illustrate fruits and berries. The best part of these decorator block stamps is that you get to choose the color palette for your prints as well as the hand-painted effect these display when used.
Made in the USA in 1995 for Plaid Enterprises Inc., these kits have never been used and are in their original packaging. The included instructions are in English and in French which give you an idea of how to best use these kinds of block stamps.
ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE ESTIMATES. If the s/h fees are more than what is quoted a refund will be issued back to the buyer. The customer has the right to purchase the item again after the s/h fees have been changed. Thank you for your anticipated consideration and understanding.
Seller will request a shipping address confirmation from each and every customer so that their purchase will be shipped to the correct address. This is because I have sent out packages which have come back "No One By That Name At This Address" and that puts the items out of commission as well as in danger of breakage during transit.
Failure to confirm an address will result in the cancellation of the sale and a full and complete refund will be returned.
Returns & exchanges
THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS GIVEN FOR VINTAGE CLOTHING, SHOES, PURSES OR TEXTILES.
Other items asked to return for a refund will be dealt with on a one on one basis. Buyer will agree to pay for return s/h fees.
This Seller will not pay for shipping returns and will refund a complete refund upon receipt of returned item through paypal.
ON THE SALE OF FRAGILE ITEMS: Each and every item considered "Fragile" will be insured for the price paid through the USPS or other shipping venues. If any damage is done during transit a refund will only be given upon receipt of the damaged article.
The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the article to me if they want a full and complete refund. This is only done because a client bought something, said it was broken and I refunded her the full amount and then I found out she sold it on her own website. FYI
ONE MORE THING: Seller has the right not to sell to a buyer who doesn't have an established account on Etsy for at least six (6) months.
